Scout Programs

Want help earning those science-related belt loops, academic pins, and Girl Scout journeys?  Let our experienced staff help you!  Scouts serve an important role in our community, and the Museum is here to assist them in meeting their diverse program requirements. The Museum’s Education Department offers unique and activity packed weekend and afternoon programs for groups of 10 or more scouts, including overnight experiences and special scout days. Experience the excitement as you work towards belt loops, academic pins, badges, try-its or interest projects with experienced Museum professionals.

Contact our schedule coordinator at 937–275–7431, ext. 116 to find out which requirements will be met through each program. Complete three programs within a year and receive a special Boonshoft Badge.  Please Note:  Merit badges require two hours to complete.
