A brand new all-day learning experience from the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery!
Theme - “Think Like a Scientist”
This day-long program brings the museum to your school!
Let the Boonshoft team facilitate an entire day of learning for your students.
The day starts with an all-class assembly presentation. Our staff will present the program's scientific concepts in interesting and entertaining ways to get your students ready to "Think Like a Scientist".
After the assembly, each grade level will get the opportunity to participate in hands-on learning via small-group stations* set up by our team.
Each station will have an activity dedicated to a different branch of science, all of which can be found in the museum!
Paleontology, astronomy, biology, anthropology, zoology, chemistry, geology, and physics.
The cost of the program is $850 and runs from 9:00am - 3:00pm**

*Cost and/or volunteer participation may increase beyond 400 students, please contact us for more details.

If a school is more than 25 miles away, there is a $2 per mile mileage fee.
*We do ask that schools provide some volunteers to help run the stations so that we can have multiple stations running at the same time.
