Learn how to help your growing child(ren) reach new milestones in development through interactive play! This program features four caregiver/child workshops, focused play time at the museum, and includes a Family Membership to the Dayton Society of Natural History and exclusive opportunities through the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery!
*We are not accepting applications at this time. Check back for updates*
Each 30 minute workshop focuses on a different topic to learn with your child(ren)! Learn about the power of observation, importance of play, story time, and how to help your toddler(s) explore the world around them. There will be a snack provided during each workshop and take-home material designed to continue playtime at home. You may bring older children with you, but the workshops are specifically designed for caregiver/toddler interactions.
Come in to the museum and have fun in a newly designed space for toddlers! Child(ren) will love exploring the world around them and caregivers will have an opportunity to practice the skills learned in the workshops during interactive play time.
All caregiver/child workshops are at 10am at the museum.
*You only need to attend one workshop per month.
